Information about Form's policy for shipping and returns

UK shipping

UK shipping is free for all orders.

International shipping

For international orders, the price is low-cost and varies based on location: to see international shipping costs, click through to checkout and enter your shipping address and it will be shown before the payment screen.

  • When you buy products sold and shipped from outside your country, you or the recipient are responsible for paying import taxes and duties based on the laws of the country into which the products are being delivered. We currently ship all mats from England. If you’re based in the EU or elsewhere outside of the UK, you may need to pay import taxes;

  • We are doing everything we can in order to bring you a smooth and easy transaction, however we do not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Failure to pay taxes or duties can result in the parcel being returned to us by the courier company; in this situation we reserve the right to not refund the shipping costs incurred by us;

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on external factors.

Cancellations

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of an order being - although it can sometimes take a lot less time than that! Unfortunately, cancellation requests for orders that have already been dispatched cannot be accepted, and will have to be returned once you receive your items.

If you want to cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately on info@theform.co.uk so that we can attempt to cancel it before dispatch. We will try to cancel the order and advise if the cancellation has been successful.

Returns

If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns. Follow the guidelines below for returns.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that there is an issue or defect with your item, you must notify us as soon as the item is opened.

To make a return please do the following:

  • Complete the returns form below. Please include the original order number and the reason for returning the item. Upon receiving your return request, we will contact you with return instructions including the return address.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Provided the return is eligible, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.

The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, as Form is not responsible for any returned item until it is received by us.

Incorrect delivery address

If an item is returned to Form due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout, the cost of re-shipping to the correct address is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not re-shipped to the customer, Form reserves the right to withhold the cost of the original shipping paid for by Form, when making a refund to that buyer.

Any items lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer and will not be eligible for a refund from Form.
