This website is operated by THEFORM LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THEFORM LTD. THE FORM LTD offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. THEFORM LTD is hosted on Wix.com a website development and hosting service. Wix.com will be referred to as Wix from this point on. Throughout this policy, the term "you" refers to the customer or individual visiting the Website and/or purchasing a product from TheForm Ltd.

When you signup to our mailing list or purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We process your data for marketing and to contact you. 

 

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions upon checkout, you confirm that you are happy to be added to the Form mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of the email.
