Following on from our post on killer HIIT sets, we have created two more killer sets to help boost your fitness routine.
It’s important to continually switch up your workouts to make the biggest impact on your routine and to prevent your body getting used to the exertion. So alternate between these sets (and the sets in the previous article) and try them out on different exercises/machines, for example:
Treadmill / running outdoors
